The booking has been created! Not receiving the email confirmation is not a valid reason to claim a refund for a missed game.

CORRECT LOCATION
We have two locations in Prague, please make sure you arrive at the correct one. The address is above.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel the booking no later than 24 hours
before it begins. Otherwise, a deposit of 990 CZK
is non-refundable. You can cancel via the button in the email.
BE ON TIME
Please arrive exactly at the start time of your booking (not sooner, not later). In case you are too delayed, we cannot guarantee that the game can take place.
ARRIVAL
You will be taken inside by an in-game character,
who will take care of everything, incl. eventual payment.
INVITATION LETTER
And where is it that you’re going? As a whole team, read the invitation letter from the Cosmix shop so you know what to expect.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
THERE’S A CHANGE IN THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS, IS THAT A PROBLEM?
Not at all! We can change the price at the spot so there’s no need to tell us beforehand.
Just please be aware that the maximum number of players (5 for The Bistro) cannot be exceeded.
CAN CHILDREN PLAY WITHOUT AN ADULT PRESENT?
Kids younger than 15 years of age are required to either have an adult play with them or to provide
a declaration of liability for under-age persons. You can find the document at this link.
We strongly discourage children under 10 years of age from participating alone, without an adult.
WHAT ARE THE RULES OF PARTICIPATION?
All players will receive the rules of participation to view and sign on the spot.
